Earlier today, we identified unauthorized access to one of our servers.

Upon detection, our security team immediately contained the incident, isolated the affected system, and restored services from a verified clean backup created prior to the event. Additional security measures have since been implemented across our infrastructure, and we continue to conduct a thorough review of the incident.

Based on our investigation to date:

•  There is no evidence that customer passwords were accessed or exfiltrated.

•  Credit card information is not stored on our servers. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment providers.

•  We have found no indication of unauthorized access to customer database records based on the evidence currently available.

Although there is currently no evidence that customer data has been compromised, we recommend that customers change their account password as a precautionary security measure, especially if the same password is used on other online services.

The security of our customers and the integrity of our services remain our highest priorities. Our investigation is ongoing, and if we identify any information that materially affects our customers, we will communicate it promptly and transparently.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this incident may have caused and appreciate your patience and continued trust.
